I was recommended to Stacie after I was run over by a Metro bus whilst riding my bike, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Before I hired her, I attempted to handle the claim myself and it was a complete nightmare. Metro was putting all the burden of recovery on me and made me continually jump through hoops in order to frustrate me and make me go away. There is no way to overstate the proficiency, the caring attitude, or the genuine advocacy I received at the hands of Ms. Bain. Several years ago, someone ran a red light and plowed into my car, causing me brain damage, multiple injuries and rendering me virtually unable to cope. When counselors ruled my condition PTSD, but therapy wasn't really addressing my brand new emotional discontrol, it was Stacie that realized I had a TBI, and that I needed to see some specialists.
